Whenever the elites introduce something as new, it probably was in the works some twenty to thirty years prior. Dubai project lead Hashem Al-Ghaili, who’s a biotechnologist and scientist, wants to introduce this so-called new technology called the Cognify method that implants artificial memories directly into inmates’ brains, and they ensure that cognitive dissonance would be prevented and that the subject would experience the memories as if they were real. Penitentiaries can use the AI-generated content to reduce lengthy prison sentences through intense rehabilitation, and ex-cons could be released back into society and into the workforce after completing therapy, thus reducing the need for taxpayer dollars to be used for long-term incarceration.

The majority of people will see this as a good thing―the Cognify method can potentially reduce violent crimes and ultimately neuter hardened criminals with this brain chip technology, and metropolises will be safer under the guise that convicted rapists and murderers would be in total subjection with the artificial memory implant. Most convicts will choose the memory implant over a twenty-five-year prison sentence, not realizing that taking the chip will cost them their soul. The LORD will destroy anyone who takes an implantable device in the hand, forehead, wrist, etc. by way of thermonuclear missiles pursuant to Revelation 14:9.
